The family behind Brava Tents
Let us take you with us on our adventure! We are the proud and adventurous family behind Brava Tents.
We are Mark, Lisa, Maud, and our dog Joey, a young family who traded the life of 'normal' for a life full of sun, sand, and... a lot of laundry. Our crew consists of:
- Mark Caspers: The logistics guru, jack-of-all-trades, and master of the BBQ.
- Lisa Wopereis: The creative soul, the listening ear, and the only one who can get our one-year-old Maud quiet (sometimes).
- Maud Caspers: Our little explorer of 1 year old, specialized in knocking over sandcastles and testing the acoustics of the tent.
- Joey Wopereis: Our loyal, hairy sidekick. Specialized in catching shade and guarding the cooler (unsuccessfully).
From Camper Adventure to Tent Kingdom
Maybe you still remember us from last year? Back then, we managed the tents at Camping La Masia on behalf of a tour operator. We enjoyed that so much that, after half a year of traveling and 'trying out' in our camper (read: surviving with a baby and a dog in 6 square meters), we decided that this was our new great adventure .
This year it's official: we got into our camper, strapped in our daughter and dog, and returned to our favorite spot. We have taken over the keys to the tent management at Camping La Masia and will now rent out the tents through our own company! .
We have experienced all the ins and outs, all the hours of sunshine, and all the (in)conveniences of camping life – both as managers and as guests. And we are now putting that experience into Brava Tents.
In short: we know how it feels to go on holiday with your family. And we know that the tent is the foundation for a successful holiday. Leave the hassle of setting up to us. All you have to do is arrive and wonder where you left that bottle of Cava!
